About the Role
As a key member of NBCUniversal's Corporate HR team, an HRC Assistant delivers a seamless employee experience, acting as the first point of contact for employees and HR business partners on benefits, payroll, compensation, and policy questions — managed through the Zendesk case system.
What You'll Do
- Respond to employee inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Partner with HR business partners, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Adapt guidance across NBCUniversal's various businesses

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail handling sensitive employee data
Preferred: Familiarity with case management tools like Zendesk
Work Mode
Hybrid — minimum four days per week in office.
