Analyst, Platform Operations

About the Role

The Platform Operations team within NBCUniversal's Intellectual Property Analytics, Operations, and Technology department (IPAOT) is seeking an Analyst to support the management and protection of NBCUniversal's television, film, and live event content across large video and social platforms — primarily TikTok MediaMatch, with cross-platform coverage across YouTube Content ID and Meta Rights Manager.

What You'll Do

• Provide protection and enforcement support for NBCUniversal TV and film content, primarily on TikTok MediaMatch
• Monitor and maintain daily platform workflows: queues, claims, rights conflicts, and reference files
• Support cross-platform tools including YouTube Content ID and Meta Rights Manager
• Triage urgent rights/enforcement issues during business hours (occasional evening/weekend support)
• Work with IP counsel on enforcement actions and rights questions
• Help set up new releases and catalog titles in automated content recognition systems
• Build brand- and title-specific reports on enforcement activity and platform performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of video/social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
• Understanding of copyright and digital rights management concepts
• Strong communication skills and ability to independently prioritize and triage urgent issues
