Analyst, Payroll Tax & Garnishments (Project Role)

Your New Role

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Tax & Garnishments Analyst to join the GBS P&C Shared Services team on a one-year project basis. This role provides technical expertise in payroll tax and garnishments administration while supporting compliance with federal, state, local, and international regulations.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Maintain payroll tax and garnishment data within Workday Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review, validate, and submit payroll tax data for tax returns and ADP filings.
• Calculate and process payroll-related adjustments, including garnishments, tax corrections, and other statutory deductions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve complex payroll tax and garnishment discrepancies.
• Partner with the Supervisor to ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities.
• Support process improvements, compliance initiatives, and special projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in payroll tax administration, garnishments, or payroll compliance.
• Proficiency with Workday Payroll or similar enterprise payroll systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a project/contract role (one-year basis). Pay Range: $62,302–$115,704 per year.
