About the Role

What You'll Do
- Serve as principal legal advisor on banking and regulatory matters
- Provide guidance on lending, deposits, payments, and digital banking issues

- Manage significant disputes and regulatory proceedings; direct outside counsel strategy
- Negotiate and approve complex contracts and policies
- Lead legal support for M&A transactions
- Build and lead the in-house legal function
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible legal experience in banking law and regulatory matters
- Bachelor's degree required; JD from ABA-accredited law school
- Strong banking regulatory knowledge
