Director - Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)

About the Role

This leadership position oversees enterprise delivery execution and portfolio tracking across Agile, traditional, and hybrid delivery models at Premier America Credit Union in Chatsworth, CA. The Director directly manages Project Managers and Scrum Masters while ensuring consistent delivery practices and reporting across multiple initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Direct management and development of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters
• Oversee multiple initiatives using Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
• Ensure initiatives align with approved objectives, timelines, and governance standards
• Maintain integrated portfolio visibility including status, budgets, risks, and capacity
• Identify and escalate cross-initiative risks and issues
• Partner with business and product owners on delivery alignment

Requirements

• 8+ years in project, program, or portfolio management
• 5+ years leading Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters
• Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) and PMP credential
• Proficiency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Management, or related field

• Base pay range: $125,000–$150,000/yr
