Contact Center Service Specialist

About the Role

Premier America Credit Union seeks a dynamic Contact Center Service Specialist to perform various contact center member services, including opening and closing accounts, ordering checks, debit card orders, and processing mail and wire requests.

What You'll Do

• Ensure member service functions are performed effectively and professionally
• Verify member identity before sharing account information
• Address member concerns and provide excellent service experiences
• Educate members about Credit Union products and services
• Handle inbound requests via phone, chat, and secure messaging
• Conduct outbound calls and mentor new team members
• Cross-sell products and demonstrate advanced IRA knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years customer-facing experience
• Financial institution call center experience preferred
• Experience with account management and transaction processing software
• Spanish bilingual preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Base pay: $23–$28/hour
