About the role
Greystar, the largest operator of apartments in the U.S., is hiring a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategy for its Next on Lex and Brio community.
What you'll do
- Perform sales and leasing activities — greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease/move-in packages
- Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate outstanding items with maintenance
- Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referral and outreach programs
- Track availability and leasing activity using property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.)
- Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease and renewal decisions
Requirements
- 1–2 years of related experience; multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred
- Affordable housing / income-qualification / compliance documentation experience a plus
Schedule & pay
- Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm (subject to change)
- $21–$23/hr, plus a 20% housing discount
