Talent & Growth Intern, Spring 2027

About the Role

The Talent & Growth Intern supports the Prepare & Grow team within Disney's Talent & Growth organization, delivering world-class talent and growth experiences across the enterprise. Hands-on exposure to program operations, data management, communications, and stakeholder support for BetterUp, Executive Coaching, and Assessment programs.

Full-time, six-month commitment in Burbank, CA — January 2027 through June 2027.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a Certified Facilitator Airtable base tracking assessment-certified facilitators
• Analyze and refine coaching data in Airtable and other tools to improve data quality and reporting
• Develop and maintain quarterly reporting templates for coaching engagement and assessment usage
• Own day-to-day maintenance of the BetterUp Hypesite content, FAQs, and resources
• Maintain calendars of key Executive Development events
• Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and a central repository of program materials
• Craft Coaching & Assessment education and marketing materials for multiple audiences

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail; commitment to accuracy in data and communications
• Compelling written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with interest in learning new digital tools
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

Preferred

• Airtable, Excel, or PowerPoint experience
• Interest in talent development and organizational psychology
• Junior or senior year standing

Eligibility

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university (at least one class) OR in a Disney College Program/Internship
• At least 18 years old; unrestricted work authorization

Pay

$23/hr
