Disney Kids and Family Production Management Intern, Spring 2027

About the Role

Intern with the Studio Production Resource Group within Disney Kids and Family (DK&F) Production Management — the team overseeing animated content for Disney+ and Disney Channel/Disney Jr. Learn the full lifecycle of animation projects from development through production.

Full-time, six-month commitment in Glendale, CA — January 2027 through June 2027. Reports to the Director of Production.

What You'll Do

• Update and maintain AirTables and weekly production reports
• Participate in Series Launch Meetings
• Collaborate across production departments on recording and cross-department projects
• Work on archival materials in the digital library
• Support Awards Season coordination
• Assist with meeting agendas, note-taking, scheduling meetings and crew events
• Work in Excel, Ftrack, Confluence, Canva; craft decks for Executive Review

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook)

Preferred

• Interest in TV Animation production
• Experience or coursework in TV Animation or Games (pre-production/production)
• Prior admin experience; Junior or Senior year standing

Eligibility

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university (at least one class) OR in a Disney College Program/Internship
• At least 18 years old; unrestricted work authorization
• Available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT, 40 hrs/week

Pay

$23/hr
