Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of Keystone, their internal production technology platform supporting content supply chain operations. This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.
About the Role
This role leads product strategy and roadmap execution for Keystone, working at the intersection of media technology, content operations, and post-production workflows. You will partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to drive platform improvements that support a growing portfolio of productions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Keystone product roadmap, translating complex operational and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver platform improvements on schedule and to quality standards
- Engage with production, QC, localization, media operations, and distribution teams to understand pain points and opportunities
- Define and track product metrics; communicate status and progress to senior stakeholders
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product release activities
- Identify opportunities for automation, integration improvements, and workflow optimization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience in media technology, post-production, or content supply chain
- Experience with production workflow platforms (MAM, PAM, SDVI Rally, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize across competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SDVI Rally, Aspera, or Signiant
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced media environment
Salary Range
$123,200–$228,800/year (range reflects different experience levels). Benefits include health coverage, 401k, and WBD employee discounts.
