About the Role
Provides medical care related to pregnancy or childbirth, and diagnoses, treats, and helps prevent diseases of women. Offered as either a part-time or full-time position.
What You'll Do
- Deliver prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
- Conduct well-woman exams, including pelvic/breast exams and cervical cancer screening
- Manage procedures such as colposcopy, hysterectomy, and fibroid removal
- Maintain patient charts per medical standards
- Participate in on-call scheduling
- Supervise mid-level providers and serve as preceptor for trainees
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 24 patients daily
Requirements
- MD or DO from accredited medical school; completed accredited residency
- Board certification or board-eligible status in OB/GYN
- Unrestricted California medical license; valid DEA registration
- PALS, NRP, or ACLS certification may be required
Schedule
Part-time or full-time positions available.
Pay
$129–$153/hour
