Sr UX Product Designer

About the Role

The Studio Technology Design team at The Walt Disney Studios partners with filmmakers, artists, production teams, and technologists to create enterprise software that powers every stage of the filmmaking process. Disney is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of internal tools used by artists, production teams, and studio operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across multiple enterprise applications, from discovery through implementation
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define strategy and deliver user-centered solutions
• Design intuitive, desktop-first experiences that simplify complex enterprise workflows
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing) and translate insights into design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Contribute to and evolve the team's design system for consistency, accessibility, and visual quality
• Explore opportunities to use AI within enterprise products and design workflows
• Present work to stakeholders and leadership; facilitate design critiques and workshops

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• Strong portfolio spanning end-to-end product design across complex software products
• Experience designing enterprise or B2B software applications
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows
• Excellent interaction, information architecture, and visual design skills
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing

Pay

$129,300–$159,000/year
