Sr. Product Manager

About the Role

NBCUniversal's Enterprise Business Solutions AI Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to embed directly with engineering, product, and business teams to build and ship AI products. You'll own the full lifecycle of agentic AI solutions—from discovery through deployment and ongoing iteration—delivering intelligent workflows that automate program operations, surface insights from complex data, and enable teams to work more effectively.

What You'll Do

• Identify highest-value use cases for agentic solutions with Enterprise Business Solutions teams
• Build end-to-end agentic products (multi-agent orchestration, tool use, structured reasoning) from concept through implementation
• Co-develop agentic solutions with business teams, enabling them to customize and operate agents post-deployment
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped product requirements with clear success metrics
• Leverage data insights to optimize AI products—measuring adoption, output quality, and KPIs
• Own agent quality through evaluation frameworks and prompt iteration cycles
• Present documentation and demos to business partners and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in digital product development
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying LLMs and RAG architecture (prompt engineering, tool use, agent orchestration), NLP, and machine learning

Pay & Benefits
