About the Role
Joins NBCUniversal's AI Solutions team within Operations & Technology, building enterprise products and agents powered by Generative AI — combining product management, strategy, and hands-on execution.
What You'll Do
- Define and deliver analytics measuring performance, quality, and business impact of AI agents
- Translate stakeholder needs into requirements, success metrics, and instrumentation plans
- Own the product analytics roadmap and prepare executive-ready dashboards and reports
- Prototype AI agents and agentic workflows, and develop reusable analytics patterns
- Partner with data, engineering, and governance teams on compliant analytics practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of product management experience, including enterprise AI/data/platform products
- Experience leading LLM-based or AI-enabled enterprise products from roadmap through launch
Pay
$120,000–$160,000/year.
