Analyst, HR Ops Security & Applications

About the Role

Supports the HR Operations team with HR processes and systems for all employees, focused on functional security administration of HR applications globally — reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations Security & Applications.

What You'll Do

• Administer system access requests, provisioning/deprovisioning, and quarterly security audits for SOX compliance
• Partner with IT security on new/modified security roles, from requirements through testing
• Gather and document requirements for new HR applications and enhancements
• Serve as the primary point of contact between HR and IT on application matters
• Support annual HR processes (Performance Management, Compensation, COI, Executive Reorgs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of HRIS-related experience; SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience preferred
• Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills

Schedule

Hybrid — weekly commute (typically one day) to the Universal City, CA or New York, NY office.

Pay & Benefits

$65,000–$80,000/year, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid leave, and tuition reimbursement.
