About the Role

Manages day-to-day operations of 2+ assigned properties — team members, daily activities, and resources — to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals in compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other regulations. Stabilized property, 402 units. Schedule Monday–Friday. 3–5 years of Community Manager experience. Eligible for a 100% housing discount.

What You'll Do

• Provide input on property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent/fee collection, and manage financial reporting
• Approve vendor/contractor invoices and manage vendor-accounting-owner communication
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, and inspections
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies across properties
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention; supervise and develop property staff
