About the Role

Performs technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Stabilized property, 699 units. Weekend and on-call availability required. 1–2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily/high-rise experience a plus). Eligible for a 20% housing discount.

What You'll Do

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing per code and safety standards
• Complete the "make-ready" process for vacant units — inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors
• Track and manage inventory of materials, supplies, and tools
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities (trash, pressure-washing, general cleaning)
• Comply with safety and risk-management policies, including OSHA training
