About the Role

Coordinates the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Stabilized property, 127 units. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, weekend availability required. 1–2 years of leasing experience preferred (workforce/affordable housing a plus).

What You'll Do

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, and manage move-ins
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate outstanding items with maintenance
• Track market/competitor conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Drive traffic through resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity
• Support the lease renewal program from outreach through signed renewal
