About the Role
Performs technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Lease-up property, 173 units. Schedule Thursday–Monday, weekend availability required. 1–2 years of maintenance experience (Yardi/HappyCo a plus).
What You'll Do
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing per code and safety standards
- Complete the "make-ready" process for vacant units — inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors
- Track and manage inventory of materials, supplies, and tools
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities (trash, pressure-washing, general cleaning)
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies, including OSHA training
