About the Role
Amazon's Site Leader is responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives for the site. You'll lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, ensuring performance objectives are met while building a positive, high-performing culture.
What You'll Do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon/related industry experience
- 5+ years in operations management, logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing
- Experience directly managing and developing others in a leadership role
Preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in operations or engineering
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
