Senior Theatrical Title Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Theatrical Title Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle of assigned theatrical titles from scripting and localization through mastering, digital & disc authoring, and final delivery. Location: Burbank, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of theatrical titles from script creation and localization through mastering, digital, authoring, and final delivery
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned titles
• Coordinate cross-functionally across creative, technical, and operations teams
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and drive solutions to safeguard delivery timelines
• Ensure all project data and milestones are accurately reflected in core systems
• Champion consistency and quality across dubbing, subtitling, mastering, and QC deliverables
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes

Qualifications

• Professional experience in title management, post production, or localization (theatrical or premium content preferred)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end media workflows including scripting, dubbing, subtitling, mastering, and fulfillment
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative approach with a track record of building trust across diverse teams

Compensation

$120,000–$150,000 annually
