About the Role

The Account Coordinator monitors and evaluates day-to-day order management, oversees order processing, and handles client-specific operations. With a strong focus on attention to detail and collaboration, you will respond effectively to unforeseen challenges and ensure operational processes run smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate day-to-day order-management tasks related to title releases
• Manage order queue; responsible for timely order processing
• Create and distribute secure access to theatrical engagements through KDM processing
• Create and analyze reports to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Respond effectively to unforeseen challenges to keep operations running
• Create work orders and bookings in proprietary workflow system
• Review and schedule work orders and projects to adhere to client SLAs and operational capacities
• Email management and effective communication with internal and external partners
• Maintain knowledge of multiple client needs and workflow nuances
• Lead and adhere to workflows and procedures; stay up to date with changes

Qualifications

• Collaborative team player with strong focus on teamwork
• Proficient in managing information across diverse tech platforms
• Reliable, flexible, skilled at multi-tasking; strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, inventory, order processing, project management, and database software
• Strong analytical skills; high attention to detail
• Efficient in managing time and tasks effectively
• Solid technical understanding of the post-production industry a plus
