Senior Paralegal Specialist

About the Role

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Paralegal Specialist to join the Employment Legal group in Burbank. This role provides broad paralegal support across the team in a high-volume environment, working with attorneys on employment matters affecting Disney Experiences, Disney Entertainment, and ESPN. In-office four days a week (Monday–Thursday).

What You'll Do

• Provide guidance and support on a wide variety of employment matters
• Draft summaries of investigation files, and draft and issue legal holds
• Organize and maintain electronic file systems and records
• Gather documents for responses to administrative charges and mediation briefs
• Manage requests for employee and payroll records
• Handle contract drafting and administration in support of the Senior Manager, Contracts
• Draft, proofread, and adapt communications to internal clients and external counterparties

Requirements

• 8+ years of paralegal experience in litigation and/or employment law at a law firm or in-house legal department
• Expertise in legal and factual research; ability to work independently on sensitive, high-risk matters
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification/education per ABA and state requirements
• Preferred: experience managing corporate entities and legal entity management systems (CSC, Diligent Entities)

Pay & Schedule

$115,500–$154,800/year based on a 40-hour week. Full-time, on-site in Burbank, CA.
