About the Role
The Disney Music Group (DMG) is the music hub for The Walt Disney Company, encompassing recorded music, Disney Music Publishing, and Disney Concerts. This role processes new release and catalog physical manufacturing orders, from pricing through delivery.
What You'll Do
- Work with vendors to maintain efficient workflows and resolve issues
- Coordinate with internal DMG teams to ensure art and audio assets reach vendors on time
- Price physical products using established vendor pricing, applying problem-solving for complex products
- Monitor inventory management reports and address inventory clean-up and pricing issues
- Process vendor invoices and manage outside vendor set-up
- Provide project updates in weekly stakeholder meetings
- Manage importation of internationally-created products for domestic sale
- Cross-train in digital production operations (scheduling digital audio/video)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in music
- Strong technical aptitude; advanced Excel and database knowledge preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay & Schedule
$61,800–$79,800/year. Full-time, on-site in Burbank, CA.
