About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Data Solutions & Analytics is responsible for the full life cycle development of Workforce Planning solutions and tools, and helps build statistical modeling components. Reports to the Manager, Solutions & Analytics in Burbank.
What You'll Do
- Build front-facing, secure, scalable tools that prioritize user experience
- Maintain high data quality and standardization across tools and platforms
- Develop standardized, repeatable data structures using Python and SQL
- Perform user acceptance testing and address bugs
- Generate audits to identify discrepancies in workforce data
- Create statistical algorithms and machine learning processes
- Proactively identify analytical opportunities and drive action through insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of strategic analytics experience
- 2+ years in statistical methods, forecasting, and model building
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboarding tools preferred
Pay & Benefits
$115,300–$140,900/yr in Burbank, CA. Bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided. Full medical, financial, and other benefits.
