Post Production Coordinator

About the Role

The Post Production Coordinator supports execution of post-production activities across theatrical, streaming, and animation projects. The role focuses on administrative coordination, operational support, and cross-functional alignment—partnering with Post Production leaders and teams to maintain schedules, track deliverables, and support day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

• Act as day-to-day liaison for Editorial and Post teams across assigned projects
• Track and maintain production and post-production milestones
• Maintain show calendars, production schedules, and departmental timelines
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and executive sessions
• Document key meeting updates and action items
• Assist with editorial room setup and personnel onboarding
• Coordinate travel, housing, and logistics for editorial teams
• Create and track purchase orders and invoices
• Coordinate logistics for internal and executive screenings
• Assist in coordinating final delivery, quality control, and master approvals

Requirements

• 1+ years of production/post-production experience, or relevant internship experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task multiple projects
• Strong communication skills for working with vendors, executives, and internal staff
• Ability to anticipate and resolve routine issues while keeping senior executives informed
