Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate

About the Role

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague (Back of House), you will play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. From receiving and organizing merchandise to picking, packing, and delivering orders curbside.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Receive and organize merchandise in the stockroom
• Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage
• Deliver orders curbside to customers
• Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders
• Greet shoppers warmly, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside with care
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms
