Retail Merchandising Support Associate

About the Role

As a Merchandising Colleague (Front of House), you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You will execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain well-organized displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate.

Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts.

What You'll Do

• Execute merchandise movement and placement strategies
• Update mannequins, reset floor layouts, and align presentation with company directives
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms
• Update signs and pricing, replenish merchandise
• Greet customers with genuine hospitality and offer assistance
• Share our Loyalty program benefits

Who You Are
