Quality Assurance Director

About the role

The Quality Assurance Director leads and continuously improves the Quality Assurance function and Quality Management System (QMS) across Certified Group's Personal Care & Cosmetics division, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, USDA, GMP, and 21 CFR requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead regulatory, GMP, and accreditation compliance, including oversight of registrations and certifications
• Maintain the QMS in full compliance with ISO standards and applicable regulatory frameworks
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Quality organization; oversee the internal audit program
• Develop and manage Quality KPIs; drive corrective and preventive action plans
• Lead Management Review processes and report Quality performance to senior leadership
• Serve as primary Quality leader for regulatory inspections, surveillance audits, and customer audits
• Ensure audit readiness across all facilities and drive timely closure of findings
