About the Role

Disney Entertainment Television seeks a Publicity Coordinator to support publicity campaigns and day-to-day communications across its TV programming portfolio. Works closely with publicists, executives, and cross-functional partners. Based in Burbank.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and compile press coverage, social media activity, and publicity results
• Create and maintain press lists, contact sheets, campaign calendars, and status reports
• Draft and distribute publicity materials: press releases, pitches, fact sheets, press blasts
• Gather and distribute publicity assets: images, clips, screeners, mailers
• Support press junkets, screenings, panels, premieres, and press tours
• Coordinate talent logistics: travel, schedules, interviews, and event participation
• Provide administrative support: calendar management, expense reports, meeting coordination
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in publicity, communications, marketing, or entertainment
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years at a TV network or studio preferred

Pay & Benefits

$54,000–$72,300/yr in Burbank, CA (40-hr/wk). Bonus and full benefits may be provided.
