Project Manager

About the Role

Leads projects from requirements gathering and definition through execution and closure, while educating partners on project management processes at a community healthcare organization.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
• Facilitate creation of project documentation, including charters and plans
• Develop and monitor project status reports against templates
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and budget requirements
• Define project scope with relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize potential issues
• Report and escalate challenges during scheduled updates
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate on practical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• Minimum 5 years project management experience; PMP certification preferred
• Smartsheet and healthcare experience preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Pay & Benefits

• $90,000–$114,000/year
