About the Role
The Salesforce Product Manager supports Salesforce and adjacent platforms for NBCUniversal's Global TV Distribution on the Studio Distribution Tech Ops team. Partners with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to translate needs into product enhancements and drive platform adoption.
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain the product roadmap for Salesforce and adjacent business applications
- Lead product discovery: stakeholder interviews, process analysis, requirements documentation
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, architects, and technical partners
- Support stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or enterprise technology delivery
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience
- 5+ years within SDLC and Agile delivery processes (Jira or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent)
Pay & Benefits
Hybrid — min. 4 days/week in office. Salary: $110,000–$145,000. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement.
