About the Role

Pharmacy Technician – Part-Time at CVS Health. $20.47–$30.47/hr.

Pharmacy Technicians deliver compassionate care to patients every day, ensuring all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met. This role offers an opportunity to build clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge and expertise.

As a new Pharmacy Technician, you will complete the CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements per your State's Board of Pharmacy.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Licensure requirements vary by state
• Attention and focus: ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time
• Customer service orientation: actively look for ways to help people in a friendly manner
• Communication skills: effective verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues
• Mathematical reasoning: ability to use math to solve prescription-related problems
• Problem resolution: ability to identify problems and choose appropriate solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience
• PTCB National Certification
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)

Schedule

Approximately 25 hours/week, Part-time.
