Pharmacy Technician

About the Role

Pharmacy Technician supporting daily operations at a CVS retail pharmacy in Burbank. Full-time, $20.47–$30.47/hr.

What You'll Do

• Follow pharmacy workflow at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Create personalized interactions with patients; provide compassionate care and problem-solving
• Offer immunizations and other health services at the register and over the phone
• Complete inventory activities: medication deliveries, cycle counts, waiting bin inventories
• Contribute to a high-performing team and actively expand clinical and technical knowledge
• Remain flexible for scheduling; travel to other market stores as needed
• Comply with all laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy standards
• Deliver additional health care services (immunizations, point-of-care testing) where trained

Requirements

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements; minimum age per state law (generally 16+)
• High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled)
• Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
• Strong attention to detail; able to pivot quickly between tasks
• Customer service orientation and active listening skills

Preferred

• 1–3 years previous Pharmacy Technician experience
• Background in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service settings

Pay
