CVS Health / MinuteClinic is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner for its Burbank, CA HealthHub clinic locations.

Schedule: Every other weekend or every weekend options available Pay: $73.00-$84.50/hr (every other weekend) or $79.21-$91.68/hr (every weekend)

What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide in-person and virtual visits (from the clinic)
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and treatment of injuries and illnesses
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management
• Complete clinic operations including inventory management and patient follow-up

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active, unrestricted state APRN/FNP license
• One year of NP experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
• Active BLS certification
• DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment
