Shift Supervisor

CVS/pharmacy is hiring a Part-Time Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and support the management team.

Pay: $17.00-$26.00/hr | ~12 hours/week

Position Summary

The Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures operations run smoothly, and is responsible for all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions

Management

• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on activities
• Communicate information effectively between crews and management

Customer Service

• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy; promote a positive shopping experience

Merchandise/Presentation

• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Reset departments following POGs

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision skills
• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
• Retail supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
