About the Role

Provides pediatric and preventive care by diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and other disorders.

What You'll Do

• Deliver medical services and quality patient care
• Stabilize and refer urgent care patients as needed
• Examine and treat assigned patients; assist with triage
• Complete patient charts per medical record standards
• Assist with obtaining lab specimens
• Complete administrative projects assigned by the Medical Director
• Maintain medical license, board certification, or admitting privileges
• Participate in on-call scheduling
• Serve as preceptor for students and residents
• Supervise mid-level providers on clinical and regulatory matters
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities

Requirements

• MD or DO from accredited medical school; completed accredited residency
• Board certification or board eligible status
• Unrestricted California medical license; valid DEA registration
• PALS or NRP; ACLS may be required

Pay & Benefits

• $250,000–$270,000/year
