About the Role
Provides continuous and comprehensive services necessary for the promotion of optimal health in an underserved community clinic setting — assessments, treatment, and disease prevention.
What You'll Do
- Identify physical and emotional illnesses through observation and diagnostic analysis
- Conduct physical examinations and administer prescribed medications
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and healthcare team on patient care quality
- Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with patient rights standards
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and program development
- Develop process protocols with physician colleagues
- Monitor program effectiveness and community satisfaction
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing or DNP
- Current certification (AANP, ANCC, NCC, PCB, ONCC, AACN, or NBCHPN)
- Valid California RN license
- Two years outpatient clinic nursing experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
