Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Operations Supervisors are key leaders on the CVS Store Management team, planning and driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is on-site, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures smooth operations, and manages all opening and closing procedures.

What You'll Do

Management

• Supervise the store crew: assign, direct, and follow up on all activities
• Work effectively with store management and communicate information up and down the chain

Customer Service

• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, thank)
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy
• Coach colleagues on personalized customer service

Merchandise/Presentation

• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Support planning and execution of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise displays

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends; ability to respond to urgent store issues

Preferred

• Experience as a retail supervisor
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

Schedule & Pay

Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week. Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Pay range: $20.47–$29.47/hr. Part-time benefits include dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
