About the Role

The Operations Associate is critical to the store team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency, working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to support total store operations.

What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes, maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet the needs of the business, team, and guests

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 lbs; stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset

Schedule

Part-Time, up to 30 hours/week (4-hour shift minimum).
