About the Role

The Sales & Service Lead is integral to elevating the guest experience at Alo — delivering on engagement, guest education, and a service-led sales floor.

What You'll Do

• Lead the guest experience on the floor, coaching team members on connection and product education
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; implement action plans on deficient areas
• Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruiting and development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Community & Studio, Operations, and Visual leads

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a client-centric sales environment with proven leadership capability
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team

Schedule & Perks
