About the Role

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through visual merchandising, in partnership with the Visual Manager.

What You'll Do

• Manage shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates
• Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising direction
• Plan visual floor changes with the management team, adapting to business needs
• Partner on reporting, budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
• Coach and develop Associates; open/close the store to visual standards

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a client-centric sales environment with proven leadership capability
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team
