About the Role

The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the Alo experience & brand mission standard — creating an authentic experience for every guest through genuine connection and product education.

What You'll Do

• Drive and exceed sales goals while optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Engage customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment; build client relationships daily
• Partner with leadership to analyze reports and strategize toward store goals
• Confidently represent all facets of the Alo business model (Retail, Yoga, Café)
• Assist in processing shipment and maintaining visual merchandising and replenishment

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in a client-centric sales environment preferred
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 lbs; stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset

Schedule

Part-Time, up to 30 hours/week (4-hour shift minimum).
