Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

CCHC, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team serving an underserved community clinic in Los Angeles (clinic located in Sunland).

What You'll Do

• Identify physical and emotional illnesses through observation and diagnostic analysis
• Perform physical examinations and administer prescribed medications
• Facilitate collaborative communication with healthcare team members
• Work with the Medical Director on quality patient care delivery
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy compliance
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and record reviews
• Develop clinical protocols with physician colleagues
• Monitor program effectiveness and community satisfaction metrics

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing or DNP
• Current certification (AANP, ANCC, or equivalent)
• Valid California RN license
• Two years outpatient clinic nursing experience preferred
• Spanish or Armenian language skills preferred

Pay & Benefits

• $110,000–$140,000/year
