About the Role

Oversees the diagnostic imaging department for multiple sites, providing vision, leadership, and administrative and operational direction for staffing, strategic planning, budgeting, patient care, and technology. Ensures compliance with hospital guidelines and regulatory agencies at all times.

What You'll Do

• Standardize processes/systems/protocols across the network wherever clinically and operationally relevant
• Supervise diagnostic imaging personnel — recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic planning; direct management strategies for nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, CT, ultrasound, and mammography
• Develop, implement, and oversee department salary, operating, and capital budgets
• Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure imaging services meet safety, risk management, and accreditation standards
• Oversee Medical Imaging IT systems and radiation safety compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience (required); Master's preferred
• Seven years' diagnostic imaging experience and five years' leadership experience (required)
• Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice and ARRT-R certification (required)
