Manager, Talent & Culture

About the Role

The Manager, Talent & Culture is a strategic HR partner at NBCUniversal, focused on building leadership capability, strengthening team culture, and guiding change initiatives. Goes beyond traditional HR to drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, engagement, and change management
• Lead and advise on complex employee relations issues and policy violations
• Drive HR processes: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation, career development
• Coach leaders on engaging, developing, and retaining talent
• Lead HR projects and programs end-to-end
• Partner with Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and other HR teams
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, company policies, and CBA agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or related field (or equivalent)
• 5+ years progressive HR experience (employee relations, talent management, workforce planning)
• 3+ years leading or developing HR professionals and/or project teams
• Proficiency in HR systems (SAP, Oracle, or Workday) and Microsoft Office
• Experience in union/represented environments preferred

Pay & Benefits

Hybrid — min. 4 days/week in office. Salary: $95,000–$110,000 (bonus eligible). Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement.
