The Manager, Employee Relations supports an organizational culture that promotes a fair and inclusive workplace — thoroughly and expeditiously investigating Team Member concerns in a fair, unbiased, and consistent manner. Ideal candidates bring experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with strong investigative skills in both Union and Non-Union organizations.

What you'll do

• Autonomously conduct in-depth interviews and investigations of sensitive allegations; prepare detailed reports and confer with Legal and operations leadership
• Develop and implement standardized processes for conducting, tracking, and documenting investigations
• Analyze data to identify issue trends and proactive mitigation opportunities, including training
• Partner on analysis and revision of Team Member programs, policies, and practices
• Provide counseling and guidance to operations leadership and HR Business Partners on complex ER issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, including employee relations; 3+ years handling complex investigations
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment/labor law
• Union/represented environment or hospitality experience highly preferred
