About the role
Join the Facilities Operations and Engineering team as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Manager, reporting to the Director of Critical Infrastructure and overseeing day-to-day facility operations across the NBCUniversal Studio Lot.
What you'll do
- Support MEP operations across studio facilities and production environments
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure EHS regulatory compliance
- Monitor quality of MEP services, repairs, and installations
- Maintain inventory and lifecycle tracking of equipment; run preventive maintenance programs
- Partner with the Contracts Manager on vendor sourcing, RFPs, and budget tracking
- Troubleshoot after-hours issues: equipment failures, HVAC disruptions, electrical/plumbing incidents
- Coordinate MEP work requests across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Contribute to studio operations budget and capital improvement project planning
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives; partner with Emergency Services for rapid response
