About the Role
NBCUniversal Global Distribution handles sales and distribution of NBCUniversal product across 200+ territories. The Assistant Manager, Sales Administration manages and administers output/volume license agreements across media types (EST, PPV, VOD, SOD, Pay TV, Basic Cable, Free TV) for designated territories, providing sales administration support to the international Sales Team.
What You'll Do
- Ensure contract compliance of long-term license agreements, maintaining accurate records
- Administer output, volume, and package deals for designated territories
- Manage territory schedules, windowing new product through eligible license agreements
- Prepare and send legally binding notices to clients per contractual obligations
- Create, tailor, and track product offer lists and availability grids
- Input and monitor licensing activity via the department database
- Establish direct relationships with licensees and assist with their needs
- Liaise across Sales, Legal, Servicing, Finance, Marketing, and Account Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel macros and pivot tables

- Ability to read and interpret legal agreements/documents
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Schedule & Pay
- Hybrid: minimum of four days per week in office
