About the Role
NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Corporate Legal Affairs (Corporate Secretary) supporting governance, legal entity management, and compliance for U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries, based in Universal City, CA.
What You'll Do
- Provide corporate secretarial support: certificates, consents, resolutions
- Maintain corporate digital minute books
- Prepare and file annual reports and statutory filings
- Track compliance deadlines across a large portfolio of entities
- Manage the corporate legal entity database and generate org charts/reports
- Oversee billing for corporate secretarial vendors
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in corporate governance or legal entity management
- Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate governance and compliance requirements
- Experience managing corporate filings and minute books
Work Mode
Hybrid — minimum 4 days/week from Universal City, CA
Pay
$80,000–$100,000/yr (bonus eligible)
